Trust

I feel the eyes watching me.
I can hear your voice.
Why do you hide yourself from me?
Do you think you cannot trust me?
But of course!
I am human.
Why would anyone want to trust a human?
Humans lie, cheat, and steal.
Humans would betray you for their own personal game.
Of course you wouldn't believe that I would never do that.
You'd never believe that I would sacrifice my life to protect your secret.
You'd never believe that you can trust me.
So I will wait.
I'll wait my entire life.
Because maybe it will happen someday.
Maybe someday someone will see this pathetic human.
And they will share that secret.
And I will be able to prove to them my sencerity.
Where are you magic?
Where are you the stories that I believe in?
Where are you lost and hated myth?
I will take you in without a thought.
I will shelter you if it would cost me my own life.
I will protect you with everythin in my power and beyond.
Even if I am a human.

Someday I will prove my trust to you.
But maybe you need to trust me first.
